For over 20 years, we’ve worked closely with accommodation providers ranging from budget motels to 5-star hotels and resorts. That experience and industry knowledge gives us the network and buying power that few can match.

The cutting-edge technology that we developed in-house ensures an efficient, seamless accommodation and registration bookings process for delegates. Unlike most systems, our booking engine harvests room rates in real time directly from hotels’ own booking systems, including their best rates of the day (the same discount rates you see on dot com websites).

These rates are loaded onto our delegates’ own pages together with their negotiated conference or event rate so that they can compare rates at a glance and choose the best available deal available in the marketplace.

Courtesy location maps are provided together with detailed information and images on every accommodation provider on offer.

If delegates require any assistance or advice, they are welcome to contact one of our accommodation coordinators who will help with any special requirements.

Service includes:

  • +Valuable accommodation inclusions that you would normally pay for, at no cost. These could include complimentary rooms, access to executive lounges for your VIPs and other hotel services.
  • +Deposit schedules and final payment
  • +Credit facilities
  • +Special group check-in arrangements
  • +Welcome packs to delegate/VIP rooms
  • +Customised hotel signage
  • +Ability for delegates to check and alter details of their reservation online at any time.

There is no fee for these services. They are included in the standard commission paid by the hotels.
