In keeping our commitment to provide a one-stop-shop solution for our clients, Ozaccom+ established our own travel agency in 1997, Ozwings.
Ozwings is a registered travel agent and tour operator, providing services for group and individual corporate travel, conference travel and sporting events.
Our bulk buying power allows us to negotiate rates on domestic and international airfares, accommodation, travel insurance and car hire. Of course, we pass on the savings to you.
In fact, our fares are so competitive, many of our event clients use us to manage all their corporate and personal domestic and overseas travel bookings.
Transfers
Ozwings can assist with everything from airport transfers, limousine hire for keynote speaker to mini-buses and coaches for social event transfers. We also organise ground transport arrangements to and from the conference and any special off-site event. Once suppliers are appointed, we carefully brief them and supervise on-site transport logistics.
Business Travel Management
Our specialised corporate travel services assist our business and association clients with all their staff or members’ domestic and international travel needs. This might include researching and developing itineraries based on very specific briefs or special interests.
Our travel staff stays current with the latest world hot spots and the many experiences each region offers. They can suggest just the right combination of travel and ground content for you to ensure your travel dollar and travel experience are maximised.
Pre/Post-Event Touring
Our tours division staff members are experts in individual or group leisure and study tours for event delegates and their partners.
We offer competitive prices for tours within Australia, or en route to/from your international destination and from a menu of touring options that will be selected to match your budget and your numbers.
We can help you develop a customised technical tour programme or a tour for group networking or purely for pleasure.
Partner Programs
Ozaccom+ with the assistance of our in-house travel team, Ozwings, has extensive experience in developing a diverse range of social programs for your delegates and their partners. A Partner’s program can add value to the conference by encouraging friendships between delegates’ partners and help create lasting conference memories.
We have plenty of experience delivering programs that reflect partners’ genders, ages and interests, which can be fully customised or involve more traditional touring to showcase the chosen conference destination.
